The school library at Phum Svay in Banteay Meachey Province is dedicated to our young children in the countryside to have an equal access to opportunities facility for learning and growing. The library is cooperatively funded by CEE Foundation and the Khmer Buddhist Association (KBA), an NGO in Cambodia.

Here is an environment that affords our Cambodian Children the best possible education for tomorrow and beyond. CEE Foundation will strive to make each student’s day a positive and memorable experience by increasing his or her reading abilities.

The window of opportunity closes early for most kids. If a child can’t read well by the end of the third grade, odds are that he or she will never catch up.
