The CEE Foundation is looking for ways to expand our programs to cover more areas of need of young Cambodians. Here are a couple of programs under consideration by the CEE Foundation Program Committee:

Pre-College Financial Assistant Program
The purpose of this program is to help very poor families that are unable to send their kids to high school. With a strong financial assistance of some supporters, the CEE Foundation Program Committee is encouraged to study the possibility of creating this program.  A report will be submitted to the Board of Directors by the end of 2009. Upon approval, the program will be implemented in 2010.

Full Scholarship Program
Our current scholarship program does not grant a full scholarship that supports all expenses for a student’s needs during his or her college career.  As a supplemental program, this may fill the needs of some students, but leave many others unable to afford the college education.  The CEE Foundation Program Committee is exploring a possibility to grant a full financial support to exceptional students with severe financial hardship.  A report will be prepared for the Board of Directors; the program will be planned for 2010.
